Insurance claims...
Some insurance providers offer a pre-authorisation form for treatment. We are happy to assist with this by providing a pro forma invoice and sending the completed form back to the insurer on your behalf. However, please note that we are not a veterinary practice, and therefore we are not authorised to complete or sign insurance claim forms. Any sections requiring a veterinary diagnosis will need to be completed by your vet.
All insurance claims must be paid in full at the time of collection. It is then the responsibility of the owner to reclaim the costs directly from their insurance provider.
